1、Project Overview
This high-capacity coal slime drying project is situated in Huangling, an important coal base in Shaanxi Province. The customer deployed two sets of coal slime dryers to construct a continuous drying production line, targeting wet coal slime by-products from local coal washing processes. The production line stably reduces coal slime moisture from 30% to 15%.
2、Difficulties & Technical Scheme
Wet coal slime produced locally features high viscosity, which easily causes agglomeration. Direct stockpiling leads to wastewater seepage, dust and spontaneous combustion risks. In response to stricter environmental regulations, the customer chose our rotary coal slime dryers.
This model is customized for sticky coal slime. Internal breaking structures prevent material sticking and blockage inside the cylinder. The two units operate collaboratively to meet the total hourly processing demand of 80 tons and ensure stable long-term running.
3、Operational Strengths
After drying, coal slime boasts good flowability for convenient storage and transportation. It can be used as fuel for thermal power plants or traded as marketable products.
The whole line is equipped with automatic control and flue gas purification facilities, fully meeting local environmental emission standards.
